The Digital Marketing Manager will be dedicated to enhancing our company's sales performance and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), such as user growth, through effective online advertising and marketing strategies. [Specific responsibilities] This role involves:

Salary :
- Annual salary range: ¥6 million to ¥9 million [Model annual salary: ¥7.5 million]
- Basic salary: ¥476,190
- Duties allowance: ¥148,810 (provided regardless of overtime hours, with overtime pay calculated for hours exceeding 40)
*1. Overtime exceeding 40 hours will result in additional compensation for the labor portion.
*2. The annual salary will be determined considering skills, experience, and the candidate's current annual salary.
*3. Stock options will be granted, with awards being issued when stock option-based stock acquisition rights are made available upon joining the company.
