Large Merchant Sales Manager in Tokyo, Japan
The Sales Headquarters comprises five departments, with one of them being the Large Merchant Sales department. This department is responsible for conducting field sales operations aimed at acquiring large franchise stores. Their tasks include formulating strategic business plans, devising promotional strategies, and more. The primary goal is to enhance the profitability and branding of our services.

- Expanding Paidy's Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through the development of extensive affiliate stores and proposal-based sales.

- Establishing and overseeing a sales candidate pipeline to attain your objectives.
- Increasing Paidy's GMV by resolving issues within current member stores and implementing marketing strategies, among other tactics.
- Maintaining effective communication with relevant internal departments within the organization.
Required skillsÂ
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a university degree or possess equivalent knowledge and qualifications.
- Possess a basic proficiency in MS Excel, including the ability to use functions like vlookup, sumifs, and index functions.
- Demonstrate reading and writing skills in English at a level typically achieved in middle school.
- Exhibit common-sense sensitivity and knowledge regarding information security, particularly with regard to personal information.
- Bring at least 8 years of sales experience with a proven track record in building new business and expanding client portfolios.
- Have experience in marketing and contract negotiation with corporate customers, as well as a history of acquiring new franchisees.
- Demonstrate logical thinking skills to accurately assess phenomena and explain them in an easily understandable manner.
- Possess experience in formulating hypotheses, devising solution plans, implementing them, and systematizing problem-solving processes.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to establish and nurture relationships with various stakeholders while also being able to work independently.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in IT, e-commerce, and payments.
- Optional qualifications include having strong personal connections with potential franchise store customer segments.
