Within this team, the Senior Corporate Risk Monitoring Specialist assumes a key position responsible for managing a spectrum of activities aimed at comprehending and mitigating the diverse risks that surround Mercari. Specifically, this role involves overseeing the formulation and execution of risk management strategies and systems, conducting risk assessments, promoting the development of risk mitigation and response strategies based on these assessments, and managing and executing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and crisis response plans, which involve a wide array of updates and actions. The role also necessitates close collaboration with various departments, including the management team, and the coordination of cross-functional teams.
